RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Refund Window
You can request a refund within 1 day after placing your order, before we begin production. To request a cancellation and refund, contact us at MemoryFig@outlook.com with your order number.
No Refunds After Production Starts
Once production has started (after the 1-day window), refunds cannot be issued. This is a custom-made product created specifically for you and is therefore non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your figurine arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at MemoryFig@outlook.com within 2-3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
- Description of the issue
We will review your case and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
Important Product Disclaimer
The figurine will closely resemble the photo you provide. However, due to the nature of the handmade 3D printing process, absolute perfection is not achievable. Minor variations in color, size, or detail may exist. Satisfaction is not guaranteed, and subjective dissatisfaction with the likeness or quality does not qualify for a refund once production has begun.
